LEVANT - Harry Edwin Carey, 71, passed away unexpectedly Jan. 25, 2011, due to natural causes, doing what he loved most, working outdoors at his home. Both he and Mary-Ann were hard workers. He was an avid reader, historian, outdoorsman, boxing fanatic and was very interested in his family genealogy. He leaves behind his loving daughter, Jean Carey Jenkins and husband, Adam Jenkins; his son, James Carey and Stephenie; his grandchildren, Chelsea, Caitlin and Sophie Jenkins, Justin and Anna Carey; great-grandchild, Hailey Carey; his mother, Evelyn Carey; his sister, Ruth Janeski; his brother, Richard Carey; and his wife's dog, JJ. He was predeceased by his first son, Harry Jeffrey Carey; his first grandchild, James Jeffrey Carey; and his father, Harry V. Carey. A burial and graveside service will be held in the spring at Evergreen Cemetery, Milo. Arrangements are in the care of Lary Funeral Home, Milo.
