MILO - Marylee (Cunningham) Brown, 71, died May 27, 2010, at a Dover-Foxcroft hospital. She was born May 3, 1939, in Milo, daughter of Elmer and Marian (Mayo) Cunningham. Marylee graduated from Milo High School in 1958. She went on to graduate from Thayer Hospital as a lab technician. Marylee retired from Affiliated Labs in 2006. Marylee was a travel enthusiast and traveled the world with her children and family. Her pastimes included beading, bingo, a love for the beach and ocean and spending time with her family. Marylee will be remembered for her big heart, beautiful spirit, sense of humor, love for Christmas and giving, and as a wonderful and caring mother. She was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church, Brownville Junction. Marylee was predeceased by her mother, Marian; and son, Scott. She is survived by her husband, Jerry Brown; father, Elmer; sons, Mark, Gary and Matthew; brother, Richard Cunningham and wife, Mary, of Detroit; sisters, Louise Rhoda and her husband, Stephen, of Milo and Patricia Lyford and her husband, Dennis, of Dover-Foxcroft; grandchildren, Amiee, Joshua, Megan, Ashley, Ashley, Derrick, Angel and Krista; great-grandson, Landen Scott; several nieces and nephews, including Michelle, Chris, Michael and Jimmy. Relatives and friends are invited to a memorial service 11 a.m. Monday, May 31, at St. John's Episcopal Church, Brownville Junction.
