MILO - Millard L. Willey, 70, went home with the Lord Dec. 3, 2009. Millard passed surrounded by his wife, Lydia (Beanie); children, Todd and Susan Willey, Richard and Tammy Andrick, Jeff Andrick, Tracey and Everett Gray, and Gail and Joey Spack; grandchildren, Zach and Jacob Willey, Cody Andrick, Chris Gray, Savannah Stubbs and Emily Spack, at home. He was comforted throughout his final hours by the Rev. David and Donna Morrison. Millard was born Dec. 16, 1938, the son of Charles and Lucinda (Mudgett) Willey. In addition to his wife, children and grandchildren, Millard is survived by two sisters, Donna and David Jordan and Charlene Quinn. He was predeceased by his parents; and brother, Jerry Willey. Millard had a passion for life. He loved antique cars, hunting, fishing, camping, traveling, and time spent with friends and family. He was a member of the Dusters Car Club, whose generosity and kindness brought tears to his eyes by the outpouring of love and support shown at a party in his honor. Sadly, Millard was too sick to attend. Millard earned a living at many different jobs throughout the years, but hauling logs was his passion. Millard was a dedicated friend, father, grandfather and husband, and will be missed forever. Services will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 6, at Hudson Baptist Church with the Rev. Garnett Chute and the Rev. David Morrison officiating. After the service friends and family are invited to gather for refreshments and sharing at Milo Town Hall.
