DOVER-FOXCROFT - Janet Richardson Dyer, 76, wife of Arthur C. Dyer III, died Aug. 14, 2007, in Cape Coral, Fla. She was born April 3, 1931, in Milo, and graduated from Foxcroft Academy, Dover-Foxcroft. She was a registered nurse, and worked in the visiting nursing field, in elderly care, and as a school nurse. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Arthur C. Dyer III; her children, Anne Swanek of Germantown, Md., Kathy Pelletier of Brookline, N.H., and Arthur C. "Kit" Dyer IV of Punta Gourda, Fla.; 11 grandchildren, one great-grandson; and her brothers and sisters, William Richardson of Dover-Foxcroft, Blanche Brazen of Cromwell, Conn., Earlon Richardson of Dover-Foxcroft, Shirley Richardson of Dover-Foxcroft, Terry Richardson of Dover-Foxcroft, Pam Reynolds of St. Albans, Judy Snow of Dover-Foxcroft; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a daughter, Linda Shattuck of Cape Coral, Fla.; and two brothers, Robert and Thomas Richardson. Friends and family are invited to share fellowship and stories 1-3 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 16, at the snowmobile club, Sebec Lake Road, Dover-Foxcroft.
