GARLAND - Andrew G. Boucher, 70, husband of Alberta A. (Burtt) Boucher, went to be with the Lord, May 11, 2006. He was born May 16, 1935, in Curry Road, Victoria County, N.B., Canada, the son of Gildas and Aurelie (Duval) Boucher. Andrew enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping. He worked on various dairy farms in Maine, did some carpentry work, and most recently retired from Moosehead Manufacturing in Dover-Foxcroft. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Alberta; a daughter, Star Hazlett and her husband, George, of Brownville Junction; a son, Andrew P. Boucher and his wife, Cindy, of Winterport; five grandchildren, Kristy (Hazlett) Metzger and her husband, David, of Bangor, Kelly Hazlett of Bangor, Jason Boucher and his wife, Amanda, of Siloam Springs, Ark., Jordan Boucher and his wife, Clara, of Bangor, and Josie Boucher of Winterport; two great-grandchildren, Erin Metzger of Bangor and Caleb Boucher of Siloam Springs, Ark.; four sisters, Florence Knowlton, Mae Harrington, Fernand Estey and her husband, Bud, Diane Bennett and her husband, Malcolm; two brothers, John Boucher and his wife, Diane, Leo Boucher and his wife, Rosemary; his mother-in-law, Ferne Burtt; a sister-in-law, Darlene Fleming and her husband, Carl; two brothers-in-law, Vincent and Garth Burtt; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He was predeceased by a sister, Lydia; and a brother-in-law, Ben Knowlton. Friends are invited to call 6-8 p.m. Sunday, May 14, at the Lary Funeral Home, Milo, where funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Monday, May 15, with Pastor Mark Fowler officiating.
