MEDFORD - Kendall C. Allen, 55, husband of Belinda Jo "Jody" (Tracy) Allen, died at his residence, June 16, 2000. He was born in Boston, Mass., Jan. 9, 1945, the son of Franklin A. and Margaret E. (Mace) Allen. A U.S. Navy veteran, he had been employed for 20 years by the F.C. Dawson Engineering Co. of Canton, Mass. prior to moving to Maine. He was a member of the American Legion Post of Milo and was a past master of Coldbrook Grange No. 436 of Medford. He greatly enjoyed fishing and hunting. Surviving in addition to his wife are five sons, K. Christopher Allen and his wife, Rene of Utah, Timothy Allen and his wife, Sharon of Stoughton, Mass., Matthew Allen and his wife, Debbie of Taunton, Mass., Patrick Allen and his wife, Michelle of Mansfield, Mass., and Robert Allen of Foxboro, Mass.; his stepchildren, Stacy and Christopher Detour of Bangor, Wyatt and Dawn Spencer of Medford, and Stephanie Spencer of Medford; 13 grandchildren; nine brothers and sisters, Alismarie and Richard Parsloe of Sharon, Mass., Franklin A. Allen Jr. of Medford, Frederick W. Allen of Halifax, Mass., James M. Allen of Mansfield, Mass., Douglas G. Allen of Medford, Rosemary and Robert Polara of Quincy, Mass., Victoria and Peter Andrews of Sharon, Mass., William and Debbie Allen of Canton, Mass., Peggy and Mark Condon of Randolph, Mass.; many nieces and nephews. Friends may call 6-9 p.m. Monday at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor, where funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday. Interment will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Bangor.
